Incredible India is immediately looking to hire a full-time Restaurant Manager and a Cook located in Darwin Greater Region.
Restaurant Manager Eligibility:
5+ Years of experience as a cafe or restaurant manager.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
Dependable and Reliable.
The applicants should be able to handle the following duties:
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.
- Organizing schedules.
- Keeping track of employees’ hours.
- Recording payroll data.
- planning menus in consultation with Chefs
- planning and organizing special functions
- arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance
- conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
- selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
- may make reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
Cook Eligibility:
Minimum 2+ years experience as a cook in Indian cuisine.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
Dependable and Reliable.
The applicants should be able to handle the following duties:
- Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner.
- Should have experience in cooking Indian Tandoor items and Indian curries.
- Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus.
- Inspect food products and supplies as needed.
- Ensure the work environment and stations are clean and sanitized.
- Check food before it is served to customers.
- Control and minimize waste.
- Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow recipes

Salary: $55,599.00 – $70,000.00 per year
